Is there a low impact, high intensity program?

I've been a devoted Beachbody fan, having completed TurboFire and Chalean Extreme a few times (solo and hybrid) and almost finishing Insanity, and working Brazil Butt Lift into a few programs as well.

Now I have to cut way back, because I am recovering from back trauma. I've been in physical therapy for a few months and am able to do most strength training as long as I use bands instead of weights (no problem) but I cannot do anything that is high impact or that involves twisting my torso quickly. Right now TurboFire and CE (and Insanity, of course) are out because the cardio is too high impact and there is too much twisting. BBL has some good strength training for my lower body but the cardio is not good for my needs.

I'm pretty good at determining what activities I can and cannot do, but I'm not even sure where to look for a low impact but still high calorie burning workout.
