I would recommend doing your own warmup. I have been doing BB programs for 4 years and the others I have done all have a good warmup. I started Les Mills Pump, and while I really like it, I started having problems with my hamstrings due to the dead lifts. Especially my left hamstring, it was constantly pulled and tight, even though I stopped doing Les Mills Pump. I had to do excessive stretching and other techniques before working out or playing soccer. Unfortunately, solved the problem by breaking my ankle playing soccer - the left foot - so the left hamstring is now all healed

Anyway, when I go back to Les Mills Pump after my ankle is healed, I will probably do an Insanity warm up before beginning the work out.
