My energy level has always been very low, I do get enough sleep and eat enough. I'm mostly doing p90x to get healthy and in shape. My energy level is a mystery to me lol. I don't follow the diet plan perfectly, but I do eat only lean meats like fish, turkey and baked chicken. And I stick to fresh fruits and vegetables. And whole grains. These past couple of weeks I started a new job that allows me to eat as much healthy food as I want, and that's when I noticed the biggest change. I'm just very excited by my results and this is only just 30 days! Can't wait to see day 90.
Your results are GREAT! I can really see progress. The way you are eating will definitely help!
