Omar,
Most coaches and other friends on the forum that I have come across didn't have much weight to lose. Is there any coach out there who lost 100+ lbs on Power 90, or maybe started his 100+ lbs weight loss journey with Power 90? Or maybe just anyone, not necessarily a coach, but who's willing to share his journey?
I Posted this in another thread before I found this one...
I am currently on day 69 of P90. I started my healthier life style February 1, 2012 when I stepped onto the scale and it topped out at 420 lbs. I was so out of shape that I couldn't walk to the mailbox without getting winded or even actively play with my Grand-kids. I started on a 1200-1500 calorie diet and started to execrise as much as possible by walking or riding a recumbent bike. As time went by I increased from a few minutes to doing 30 minute programs on the bike. I had lost 155 pounds by September when I had to have surgury. I took off 3 months to heal and maintain my weight. On New Years Day of this year I started P90 since I promised myself to get into better shape. I've pressed play every day and since starting P90 I have lost another 20 pounds and gone down 3 more pants sizes. To date, my total weight loss is 175 lbs. and have gone from a 60 inch waist down to 40. To top it off I am just about to celebrate my 57th birthday... Just goes to show that it's never to late to do something about it!!!
Thanks to Beachbody and P90 for helping me along the way.
I sent you a buddy request. I would be glad to share how I did it, but basically cut calories and execise as much as you can. Keeping focused and comitted is the key.
