Yes, if your goal is to gain the most mass possible during 90 days.
You will need to eat additional calories to cover the calories burned in your extra running. Like the Book of Beast says, you spend one hour working out and the next 23 hours recovering. If you are trying to hold fat levels down, you might consider keeping your cardio down to a light brisk walk whereby you can keep a conversation with someone. My additional cardio through my first round of Beast was done this way, but I ate to cover the additional calories burned with the extra cardio.
