Coach/Accountability Buddy for p90X
Looking to start p90X after thanksgiving. Done it before, only lasted a few weeks before motivation issues came in. I need a very close, strong supporter. I need someone who is gonna hold me accountable and vice versa. If anyone is willing to, i'd greatly appreciate it. Message me and i'll give you some contact information.

Awesome job committing to p90X Scottie! You're gonna have a blast with it, and you are DEFINITELY gonna conquer it this time around! Because you already have the determination to seek out support, which is a big step for a lot of people! It shows how serious you want to get!

If you get any questions feel free to let us know! I have a great Facebook Group I think you'd enjoy that could help out with accountability as well! We all work as a great team!

Accountability 101: Talk about it! Talk about your goals, how awesome the workouts are, what you are getting out of them, etc. Talk about all of those things and more with everyone you are close with. First of all, that makes it much more embarrassing if you quit. Second, even if they are acting annoyed, they are secretly jealous. That jealousy gets deeper and more frustrating to them with the more results you get.

Share your results, even with "reluctant" friends and family. Don't be obnoxious or condescending, just positive!

I am on week 8 of P90X after a 4 week failure last year. The above technique worked for me! I've driven my wife crazy and I know she and the kids are healthier because of my transformation. We all eat better and are far more active. Changing someone else's life is the icing on the motivational cake! Kick some A on Monday and check back in to let us know how it's going!
