Alright, so yesterday was Asylum Speed & Agility. This was probably the most humbled I've been doing any routine yet. During the warm-ups in the fast jump-rope sequence I kept hitting the rope. I was hitting the agility ladder on many of the agility moves. During the speed portion, I felt very slow. My cardio & endurance certainly suffered from 3 months of nothing but weight-lifting, but I know I'll get it back. With that said, I got an awesome workout in. 640 calories gone. Today is Strength, so we'll see how that goes.
