So I started my slim in 6 but I was looking in the booklet and it says to do start it up for a week and then begin the rest of the program a week later,

But when I added the program on the website to the supergym, it said to do start up for one day and then go to do burn it up on the 2nd day..

Can someone clarify this for me... OR please advise the best way to do the whole 6 weeks

Thanks so much

Hi

It says in one of the papers to start with the start it up for 2 weeks as a guide. But if you feel that the workouts are really easy before the 2 weeks is up, then go to Ramp it up.

I did start it up for a week, then progress to ramp it up after a week.

Hope this helps. I was confused with the paperwork too, its all a bit here and there. It would have been easier if it was all in one booklet. The 6 day express diet got me, as there was nothing afterwards to say what support diet you should be eating. I asked my allocated coach on here, and after a week and a half ive had no response. Im sticking with 1,200 calories but going over if i need the extra (done more workouts during the day other than the dvd). It suggests you workout at least 6 times a week.

Good luck.
