On my first rest day, I did Yoga X, which worked out pretty well. I felt loose and stretched out, and ready to go.

This morning I decided to do X2 Recovery & Mobility. While I felt a little more stretched/relaxed than when I started (key word being little), I'm not really a fan of it. It's not quite the same feeling as after doing Yoga X.

On my next rest day I was going to try X2 Yoga, but part of me is thinking, why bother. I like how Yoga X feels. I do kind of want to see what X2 Yoga is like before I write it off though.

I'm just looking for some feedback on what other people think would be the best choice for rest day activity between Yoga X, X2 Recovery & Mobility and X2 Yoga. Alternative stretching/flexibility workout suggestions are more than welcome too.

To be honest, I like to throw in something cardio. I often do the Plyometrics or Cardio X workout that day.

I typically do X2 yoga or fountain of youth yoga.

Thanks to everyone who read and replied to this thread, but I'm going to stick with Yoga X. When I got home from work, I went through X2 Yoga, and just didn't care for it. For me, Yoga X offers the best in terms of long stretches that really loosen me up and make me feel refreshed. X2 Yoga seemed a bit too fast paced for what I want to get out of my rest days. Maybe I'm just weird, but that honestly wouldn't surprise me emoticon
