Hi I started p90x2 on october 22nd 2012 and have completed the 1st phase using the fat shredder diet. I did cheat a lot during the first phase and when i made my calorie calculation, I forgot to count the 500 deficit. I went up to week 1 in the second phase using that diet. Now I have made a caloric intake. I did it by multiplying my weight 181x10 and adding 181 to it and then added 650 and subtracted 500 for the deficit which came out to 2141. I have two diets that hit that range, one using the fat shredder proportions (30% carbs, 40% protein, and 30% fats), and another hitting the energy booster proportions (40% carbs, 30% fats, and 30% protein). M question is since i am on phase 2 of p90x2 and i lowered my calories and will not be having cheat meals anymore (had like 3-4 per week during 1st phase of p90x2), will the energy booster diet show improvements or will i absolutely have to do the fat shredder proportion to see results(maintenance of muscle while losing fat). I was at 18% body fat when I started and my goal is to get down to 10. Im not trying to be super ripped like 8% or below. I am also 5 ft 5 and 181 and would like to be around 165 at 10%. My pictures are posted below as of right now. Tell me what you guys think?

Go with Energy Booster and just stay disciplined about what you eat. The most important thing for weight loss is sticking with your slight calorie deficit.

yeah thats what im going to do, however im cheating tomorrow since it is thanksgiving. After that i am gonna be on a straight road.
