I am looking for college buddies to complete INSANITY with me! We all know college is hectic but it's great to stay in shape while
attending. I feel like I sound like a highschool teacher or some authoritative figure trying to get you guys to work out. I'm serious tho!
I would really love to chat it up with other students, see what your meals are like, and how your schedule is structured.
A LITTLE About Me:
Im 21, I stay in ATL, GA, Currently on Week 2 of INSANITY. While I cant say it's impossible, I'm not exactly going straight through each workout lol. As a kid/teenager I was pretty athletic.....then I hit that "I don't wanna sweat" stage n opted for indoor chill time. Shortly after, I began to eat more for lack of anything better to do (stupid i know). I gained about 20-30 lbs within that year smh. I went off to college and my Freshmen 15 was a good thing to me, I had started P90X and lost at least 20 lbs in the month that I did it! Then finals came & I couldnt keep up. After that, I quit school, gained that weight plus more back, and began working at various fast food restaurants for a year. Last year I reenrolled & since then I have been doing GREAT academically..............but not so much physically, I want to be healthier and P90X is wayyy too much to buy again and wasnt intense enough for me so I purchased INSANITY. It does the job. I look forward to building friendships with anyone open to it & looking to make a positive change in their life while motivating others to do the same.
