I recently started taking the slimming formula pills and I'm having a hard time remembering to take them before I eat. Will it have the same effect if I take the pills right after I eat?

It is best to follow the directions. But you should still be taking them 6 times a day like it says to. So if you forget I would still take them after. I know what helps me remember to take pills is a pill box or just putting the bottle out were I can see it. I have even made a sign telling myself to take them until I got in the habit. As you can see I have a hard time remembering to take pills too...lol Hope this helps.

For some reason i havent been able to send messages from message center for a while now My names Katie. Yes, I'm doing the p90x I'm actually on my 4th month. I already completed my first run and now Im on my second. I decided on p90x because my friends had done it in the past. I was just about to ask some coaches for some advice actually. I started taking the slimming formula 5 days ago and I haven't lost any weight. I also hadn't seen the scale move a few days before hand either, which is unusual for me because I usually loose a couple pounds a week. I'm wondering if I need to adjust my caloric intake or if it is these pills. Any advice? I'm taking in about 1400 calories a day. Maybe I need to add calories or take away? I'm 20 and weigh 183 and I'm 5'4". Thanks for your interest and help!

First I would like to say Congrats! on completing your first round of P90X. If you have been loosing weight quite fast & now its slowing down I would look at what your diet is like. Sometimes it's the type of calories your putting in & how often.
Are you tracking you calories? And if so are you tracking your calories burned with a HR monitor with the strap?
When I did your calorie intake with your #'s you posted I got 1300 calories & thats to lose a lot of weight. To better understand your numbers I would need to know what your fitness goals are? Team Engage Coach Carlie

I'm wondering why you're introducing a new supplement like slimming formula if you have already been losing a couple pounds per week? Had your weight loss stopped? Slimming formula isn't a magic bullet. It's a formula designed to help people accomplish their weight loss goals through exercise and diet. Maybe you unconsciously slacked off your diet because you thought the pills could do it alone?

here is an example of what i eat


breakfast:


oatmeal= 75 calories

light vanilla soy milk=120

turkey bacon=100

banana=100


snack:


rice cakes=50

recovery drink=55 (depending on how hard the workout determines how much i drink)


lunch:


2 pc wheat bread=120

turkey slices=100

lettuce=50

soy cheese=100

avocado=120

fat free mayo=50


snack:


rice cakes=50


dinner:


whole wheat pasta=200

tomato sauce=50

ground turkey=100

soy milk=120



so all added up equals 1560. i forgot to add my snack when i posted yesterday.

im thinking i should cut out a couple hundred calories but what should i be cutting out?

I would take out 1 piece of bread & have an open sandwich-60cal. Eat only half of the avocado -60cal. & drink water with dinner or switch to almond milk. It is so much better for you & if you use the unsweetened vanilla it's only 30cal. thats what i personal use too emoticon that would cut out 200cal.
