Started Insanity Monday Morning
I am so sore I can't Believe it. Cutting out all snacks and junk. I really would like to be as athletic as I was when I was younger. I have a long way to go.

It gets better! I'm only 39 but I lost most of my 30s to injuries and back problems. This getting older stuff sucks! But I feel better than I have in years and I'm only halfway through!

Setting a Goal Is a great start....Monday is a good day to start a program. Maybe because Im starting a new one too emoticon Bodybeast!

i stated mine on monday 2

just done my day 3 workout. im not hurting as such, but i can def feel the areas that have been worked on. guess thats a good sign though

and cutting out junk food was easy for me... but remembering to eat 5 times a day is tricky

anyway... good luck with it all

You can do it! The first week is the hardest. What are you having to eat/drink post workout? This can make a difference.
WHat is your goal with Insanity?

I do my workout at 5 am and then go to work, for breakfast I eat three eggs and coffee, I eat yogurt and blueberries and a protein bar spread out during the day and usually baked chicken for supper.

How many calories does that add up to? Sounds like you might not be eating enough which is going to make your workouts suffer.

Are you tracking your calories? did you figure out your calorie intake with the insanity book? because that doesn't sound like enough for a man working out with insanity. We should talk more about your diet so you get the best results for all your hard work you'll be putting in with insanity. Im here to help in anyway,

Hey,

AM workouts rock.....i started getting up at 3:30 4:00 am to workout it's nice get it done & get on with the rest of the day it really sets you up for a great focused day. How are the Insanity workouts going???
