I have recently ordered insanity and love the challenge and workouts involved in this program, yet i find myself so exhausted after working and going to university full time that I often end up doing anything BUT working out, even though I know I should be.
I know moms with busy schedules find the same issue with being so overwhelmed that exercising often gets put on on the last list of priorities. I keep getting frustrated with myself, because I know how much better I feel after I do the workouts--yet I somehow always find excuses or say: Oh, I'll do it in an hour, and then an hour turns into two hours, and eventually its tomorrow morning I'll do it, etc.
Is there anyone who can think of a way in which I can keep myself motivated to get into a routine of doing it and how to think more positively about my situation?

I know this post has been up here for a while, but I wanted to check in and see how you're doing thus far? Have you found a way to get in your workout n the mornings? I'm a stay at home mom and have this challenge as well but am working on finding the right time to get it in.
