Hey guys its been awhile since I posted, I have done P90X in the past and it worked well for me. This time around, I started weighing at 200 and I am 6ft tall , and I am now on ending phase2 (Day 58) and I am stuck at 195. I am lifting heavy weight, but I thought I would be leaning out more than I am.

Diet constists

Breakfast
Panera Bread power sandwich

Mid Snack
Lean body protien shake

Lunch
Lean meat, veggies. (lifting day, wheat bread or pasta)

Mid snack
Cottage cheese or activa yogurt

pre work out C02
Post work out Protein shake

Dinner, lean meat veggies

I am usually around 2000 calories, is this not enough?

Supplements
Grenade fat burner (1 a day)
Fish oil
Coconut oil
Multi vitamin

I would bump up your calories to 2400 and see how you do over the next few weeks. Also, add a piece of fruit with your snacks. You might want to cut of the bread carbs, and get your carbs from fruit and veggies ( like sweet potato ).
