hey folks, for some reason burn it up causes more knee and back pain then Ramp it up?
so i am wondering if i am actually burning more calories with all the modifications or if i should stick with ramp it up cause i felt like it was a better work out with less body ache and more burn?

so should i go back and have less pain or does doing burn it up with all the modifications and less sweat actually provide me with a higher burn?

Hi! I read your profile and I just want to say- kudos to you for getting back to working out after all you have gone through. You CAN do this! Do you use a heart rate monitor? it helps to know how many calories you are burning. If you are having back and knee issues I would not do the workout.

gosh with only a few more weeks in the program! maybe i could just do ramp it up and add some more reps of resistance bands and some cardio?

the goal i guess is to burn more calories in each stage right?

HI!! First off im NOT a coach trying to get you to join me! Ive been here almost two years and have lost over 30# but i didnt have that much to lose emoticon I buddied you its eiaser for me to talk back and forth then finding a thread. I see you dont log your workouts in the gym thats a great motivator. Right now id do what your body is telling you is burning more calories but what are you going to do when your done? Are you enjoying slim & six? you say your almost finished did you see results. Im willing to help you if youd like. I can hook you up with a coach suited with YOUR goals. Today is black friday here and theres alot of programs on sale i think you would like. Buddy me and send me a message. Im here to help You NOT make money off you. A former fatty Jo!!

no worries. i have a great coach. she just hasn't done slim in 6 so i was looking for advice for that. plus use a different app for exercise as i find this website not as useful for calories as loseit or livestrong or fitnessbuddy. i am successful. i just wanted to push it for the last week. i already reached my goal.

That is Great! emoticon As I mentioned, I would not do a workout that is causing you pain.

i have decided to cut any of the moves that cause any pain or discomfort. i also cut the higher impact moves. i am substituting the moves with squats and marching in place. i decided to do this cause i seem to sweat more doing this workout with the pace.

weigh in is on wednesday so we will see if it still works. i feel better though and am still moving. my coach said the most important thing is to keep moving!
