For the people who did them both; Which do you prefer and why?
Also if I did the 10-Minute Trainer for 30 minutes (3 mixed workouts)would that be similar or better then the workouts on Power 90? I heard they are about 30-40 minutes long.

Hi there! I did TMT for a mumber of months in 2011 and I am in my 3rd month of Power90. My personal preference is TMT - I LOVE the variety and flexibility that you get with TMT -I stuggle with the repetive nature of Power90.

However, which program will work best for you depends on YOU! Are you a beginner to working out? If no, then you will need to add weights to TMT. Power90 is one "step" up from TMT.

Don't get me wrong - both programs work! You can push as hard or as little as you want with both programs. What are your goals for your workout?
