INSANITY or LES MILLS COMBAT ???
Hi,
We just finished (my wife and I) a P90x cycle and looking to focus on Cardio in our next round
My 13rd years old son (he is a swimmer 90 min x 6 times a week) like to join us
what would you recommend as the next step INSANITY or LES MILLS COMBAT ?

Thanks and Happy Holidays

Hi! I think Combat is going to be awesome (already have mine on pre-order) and would be fun to do as a family. It will be intense. My concern with Insanity it is it is really high impact and may not be suitable for your son. I would clear everything with your doctor. I myself have done P90X and Insanity and it then makes a great hybrid.

What is your goal with this cardio program? What interests you in Insanity vs Combat and visa versa.

How did your first round go?

Happy to Help!

Cheers!
Christina

it depends on what you guys like, like coach c bove says be cautious with your son, these workouts are intense.

if you like things involving sports trainings, like football drills, basketball drills, soccer drills, etc, all mixed in with cardio and muscle exercises then insanity is for you.

if you like workouts that involve diffirent forms of fighting, kickboxing, mma, etc to real music then i would go with combat.

if you only care about how many calories burned, i hear les mills combat burns high hundreds to thousands of calories where as insanity burns calories in the mid to high hundreds. either one you choose itll be a good choice.

if you pick les mills pre order it by the 3rd for free shipping, and order through a coach site or team beachbody for bonus dvds.
