Hey coach. I am on board. I will be finishing my second week of P90X Classic on 11/25. This is my first round. Loving it so far. Goal is t loose 10-15 lbs, improve my physique and improve my performance in running, cycling, snowboarding and golf.

Looking forward to the accountability and motivation.

Great to have you join us Peloton! P90X is a great program- it was my first! Great job getting though week 2. Which is your fav workout so far? How are you finding the workouts?

I am on week one of Phase 2 of RevAbs. Doing really great with the workouts, but know I need to get better with the diet!

Cristen you are doing great! Just work on writing down your food and that will help you be accountable. I know you do this often so maybe planning ahead of time for the week will help!

Good Morning! I slept in a little bit and then got myself moving! I probably should have checked out the weather before planning to run outside- it was chilly! Energy & Endurance In! It worked out well though and I was cool with shorts and tee-shirt. Burned 550 calories and ran 11km (6.84 mi). Then did Turbofire Core 20 for a grand total of 678 calories burned! I was feeling a little down and missing Brian (he away on business for a week) and this really helped me get out the the funk! Enjoying some vegan chocolate shakeology.

Ready to tackle the day! Working on my residency applications and my website! emoticon

Happy Motivational Monday! What are YOU doing today to stay on track?! emoticon Today was Turborfire HILT 25 followed by HILT 15! Burned 408 calories. You CAN do it! Make today the DAY you Commit to your workouts and health/nutrition goals!

I'm on week 2 of a P90X/Insanity hybrid. Just finished Legs & Back, ARX. Heart rate monster is broken emoticon so I can only guesstimate calories for a few days but the workout went well and I'm looking forward to feeling the soreness tomorrow! Hope everyone is doing well, I'll check back in a little later when I have some more time! Thanks for starting this group!

That is a GREAT hybrid! I loved it when I did it. Legs & back is one of my fav workouts. I always feel is afterwards!! That good i did something positive for my body soreness.

Excited to have you join us! Did you do P90X and Insanity separate? What is your goal with this hybrid?

Good Morning! So far today has not gone by plan but moving on. I don't know if I have food poisoning or a bug, but something is not happy. I woke up to do my workout, dressed etc. I just had to listen to my body and went back to sleep for an hr. Still no feeling great, but less like death. If I didn't have major work things today I would call in sick, but need to go. I am hoping I feel better by this evening as I have a local coach meeting. Its always nice to get together with people of like mind- everyone is always so positive and motivating.

I am able to eat (at least for now, lol- I never say no to food) so enjoying my vegan chocolate shakeology. At least I know something nutritious will be entering my system today.

I hope you all have a GREAT Day!

I am feeling slightly better but still not 100%. I am going to see how I feel later today and try a short run- maybe 3-4 miles. I need to keep running and short runs are important. Plan for Sat to be a longer run. Maybe 9 miles.

I'm in. Started p90x classic Monday the 26th. Been a year since I last did p90x and registered for the Super Spartan in Virginia next September so I have a goal and motivation. Need to lose 30 pounds and up my lung capacity so away we go!
