I didn't see a section for this yet, but is there any word on how long each dvd is? I'm thinking about pre ordering. Lastly what are the gloves needed for? I have a couple pairs of workout gloves, but mine look like they have a little less padding.

LES MILLS COMBAT is a 60-day workout program, and you can follow one of three calendars: the introductory Combat Warrior Calendar, the more intense Supreme Warrior Calendar, or the extreme Ultimate Warrior Calendar. The Combat Warrior and Supreme Warrior Calendars are built from the 7 workouts (30 to 60 minutes each) in the LES MILLS COMBAT Kit. The Ultimate Warrior Calendar uses these and integrates the additional workouts available in the Ultimate Warrior Kit.

The gloves are there to add added intensity. they are not weighted.

What program are you doing now?

I have done p90x, p90x2, and recently finished the ultimate reset. I would like to remove the last 5-10 lbs so I get more definition and visible abs. My abs are just starting to show.

That is great. I have done those too and the UR. How did you like the UR? Have you kept eating vegan? What are you doing now to workout? think combat will be a good program for you. Feel free to message me with any questions. I sent you a buddy invite.

Ha, I asked the same question over in the Fitness forum (I think the subject was even the same - so look for it, I did get some info), and no one seems to know the individual workout lengths. I don't know why they can't put that info on, since Asylum 2 has it (for example).

Good question on the gloves - hadn't thought to ask that. I thought it was mostly to add some weight. I already have wrist weights I was going to use, and I box regularly with gloves on a heavy bag.

Maybe someone will come forward with more info. It's frustrating to lack the info when trying to make a pre-order decision.

The workouts are 30-60 min long but no one has the info on each workout.

It was amazing. I am not continuing to eat vegan but I have reduced my meat intake. Especially red meat. I plan on doing the ur every 6 months if beach body will make a kit for people who have already ordered. Right now I am not doing any workouts. I was going to do p90x2 again but I am moving out of state shortly which will interrupt my program. I will probably do 10 minute trainer for a little while.

hey guys-

they finally put up the info for each individual workout. go to the combat advertisement. "learn more" and then each dvd has a "+" now with the name of the dvd and the length emoticon
