Hello! I'm now just finishing up my 4th week of Body Beast and I love it. I am gaining muscle and lifting more than I ever have. However, my hands get tired from holding so much weight. I know I could do more reps if I could just hold onto the weight, such as in dead lifts. Any suggestions on how to build muscles in my hands or any tips on how to hold the weight without having to rest because my hands can't hang on?

get lifting straps. can get them at any sporting goods store. and they're inexpensive.
