So, I'm singeress. This week is my first week of month 2. I've been pushing through but some weird stuff is happening.

1. I'm tired most of the time. I feel like going to bed earlier and waking up later. It's like I always want to go to sleep.

2. I've been going over my calorie amount I had from the elite nutrition guide. Not enough to break my deficient but still, I've gone over like everyday this week.

3. My weight has been fluctuating. I've gone from 127 pounds in Week 1 and 2, to 124 pounds in Week 3 and 4 (and lost like 2 inches in these weeks), and now I'm at like 129, and I'm not sure if that means I'm going to gain weight (week 5 and 6).

Stats:

15 year old girl
Calories- 1,700 cals <--- supposed to be this number
Weight- 127 to 124 to 129
Moderate Active
Height- 5'0
Don't have the results and recovery formula, using choclate milk (the only junk food I've been eating)

How many hours of sleep do you get each night? You should aim for 8. When I'm exercising, that's the minimum I can get to feel rested.

Are you using the recipes from the nutrition guide or just the recommended foods and calorie amounts? You should check out My Fitness Pal if you haven't yet. It's free to use to log your food and you can see a closer calculation of the calories and macronutrients (carbs, fats, protein) that you are consuming.
