As I have both programs, I'm in a wee bit of a quandary about which would be better to kick off with.
I've done P90 on and off for a few years now (although never managed to complete a full 90 day cycle) and I am just about able to complete the Insanity workouts (by which I mean I'm a sodden, tangled, wreck of limbs by the end of it, but I'm still alive!).
My goal at the moment is to build some muscle on my upper body and tone up my core - any advice on which program I should be going for first?
I intend to complete both in succession, but am just not too sure about whether I should go for Insanity first to build up my stamina and thus be able to do more when I start P90....
or.... whether I should try using P90 to build up muscle then use Insanity to tone everything up and get my body fat % down.
Any advice or past experience would be greatly appreciated
