I'm about to start Body Beast, and let me tell you when I saw this program I knew it was just for me. Now, I need your advice, please.
Here are my stats...
step 1 - 100 - 21% / 100 X 244 = 192.76 lean body mass
step 2 - 192.76 * 10 = 1927.6 resting metabolic rate
step 3 - 1927.6 * .3 = 578.28 caolirc modification for recovery
step 4 - 1927.6 + 578.23 = 2505.88 resting metabolic rate modified for recovery
step 5 - 2505.88 + 600 = 3105.88 calorie intake to maintain weight
3105.88 - 20 % = 2485 (calories in take per day)
As per the guide I'm supposed to eat...

LEGUME OR PROTEIN LIQUIDS 3
VEGETABLES OR BALANCES LIQUIDS 6
FRUITS OR CARB LIQUIDS 6
PROTEINS 12
FAT 6
HARDCORE BASE SHAKE 1 SCOOP
FUEL SHOT 2 SCOOP
Here is the diet I put together but I have 3152 calories and need to reduce it to 2485. But, if I do so I won't achieve the number of portions I'm supposed to eat per day. I've attached a copy of my diet.
What would be your recommendations? Your advice is so appreciated. Can't wait to start!!!!
