I am thinking of starting a new round. Is it your first round?

If interested i just started a new support/motivation thread. Support/Motivation Thread Come join us! I let a friend one of my month 1 dvds- they are deciding on a program. I loved how Insanity helped with my running.

What is your goal with Insanity?

Hey Christina. This will be my second round. I did the full program as well as phases 1 and 2 of P90X in the spring/summer and had awesome results. Lost a total of 55 pounds actually, and got down to 178 lbs at 8% body fat on a 6 foot frame which felt amazing. Anyway, I've been on the road for work for the past few months and have 20 pounds to lose again. First week or 2 will suck but I'm very good at pushing myself.

Insanity boosted my running as well. Until 2012 I had never been able to run more than 2 miles without dying and this year I completed 3 tough mudder events with ease. In 2013 I'm really interested in experimenting with triathlon which includes my first half marathon and potentially a full in the fall but that will depend on how things go.
