Depending on how I feel, I pick between Turbo Fire, P90X or a short run. I haven't been very consistent with anything because I haven't felt good, but I plan to be feeling much better in a couple weeks and want to succeed.

How is your eating??

Nutrition is KEY is weight loss/healthy. If you eat too little you are doing harm and if you eat too much you are going to gain or not lose. It's a thin line there.

Anyway, fill me in a little more on what you are eating and we'll go from there. I'm looking forward to getting to know you through out your fitness journey

My eating is where i struggle the most. I really have a hard time eating clean. I know what I should eat, but I get tired of fruit and vegetables and have a hard time saying no to the processed food. I know once i get it cleaned up I will have great results.

I know how you feel, i start off doing good, then once i slip its hard to get back, i have learned if you plan you meals and drink your shakeolgey that helps out, i also have a recipe blog here, if that will help you. i work outside of the home at a grocery store, and work 2nd shift my eating has always been off track, i would like you to start posting your daily eating here so i can help you get them results , i will be starting mine in morning, challenge doesn't start till december but we can start now. so we can get things little under control before saturday.. what kind of foods are your down falls?

Drink half your body weight in water a day. If you are 200 pounds then drink 100oz of water a day. This really helps to flush out the toxins and fat!!

Make sure to eat 5-6 mini meals a day. May be a pain in the butt, but it's so worth it. It naturally speeds up your metabolism.

Caffiene slows down your metabolism. Who needs that?? Not me!!

Don't weigh every day. All a scale does is mess with your mind. Most people don't start losing weight until weeks 5 or 6 any way. So, why weigh daily and depress yourself??

Be sure to take a before picture!! You'll want it to compare to the new and improved you at the end of the six weeks and beyond!!

My goal today is to stay in my calories range between 1500 and 1600. I decided to start a P90x & Turbo Fire Hybrid. My plan is to work out this morning. I had coffee with almond milk for breakfat and didnt have time to eat something before church so I had a donut in Sunday School. I will just call that my treat for the day!

No, I don't drink Shakeology. I tried it and did not like the taste no matter what I mixed it with. I stayed in my calorie range today and did my workout. I am going to try to get up early in the morning to exercise before work, so I won't have any excuses with our evening schedule. Hope you had a great day.

Hi my eating has been up and down, my mom had a massive heart attck sunday and had to had quad by pass surgery. now that she is doing well i will be back on track in morning.. i understand about taste of shake.. maybe try eating eggs for breakfast ?
