I had finished week 13, and starting back at the gym to lift heavy weights. I had allready reached my goal weight of 175 lb. Still could shed some more body weight. I'm planning on doing a repeat of phase 3, followed by 1 week at the gym, then repeat. I also play squash twice a week, and tennis twice a week. Is it okay to continue a routine like this indefinitely?

If it works for you that's great. From my experience though, if you continue with the same thing for a while, your body can adapt and you can plateau. That's why these programs are so good, because they change it up all the time! You mentioned you wanted to shed more fat, have you considered a more cardio intense program like Insanity?
