Life after ChaLean...
Life after ChaLean...

Hi everyone,

I'm a relatively new exerciser - I started ChaLean Extreme almost 2 months ago, and I've been doing really well keeping up. I love the weight lifting element of it - i'm not a huge fan of the cardio, because my balance/coordination is poor, so I always feel like I'm flopping around during Burn Intervals, etc. I'm trying to get ahead and figure out what I'll do after CE... lean starts in a little over a week. Any suggestions on next steps? Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam seem like a bad idea, given my distaste for the cardio in CE. Px90? Yoga Booty Ballet What do you all think?

I don't need to lose a bunch of weight, but I want to maintain my strength (gotten from CE) and I want to stay lean. I also like the idea of not being on a constant diet...

Thanks!!!

~S

Hey!

I think P90x would be a great program after Chalean! Especially since you like the strength aspect more than cardio. Personally, I'm a cardio junkie and that's why I love Insanity! These programs are great because there is something for everyone. So yes, I think P90x is a good idea!

I followed CLX with Brazil Butt Lift, and I saw great results with that! I was worried I would lose the muscles I had built up, but I was *pleasantly* surprised by how great BBL is for your entire body -- definitely not just your butt! I got ab definition like NEVER before, and completely leaned out and re-shaped my butt and legs. The cardio portions are nowhere near as intense as CLX, but they do take a little time and patience to get the moves down.

Good luck deciding, and congratulations on making the commitment to fitness -- no matter what program you choose next! emoticon

I followed CE with Les Mills PUMP - because of the weightlifting and love it!
