Okay so i have bad knees. They arent from anything but exercising. About a year ago i would just go all out on working out and woudn't listen to my body and now i am left with bad knees

(only when i workout). For example, today i was going to do the new X Trainer workout from Insanity: The Asylum Volume 2 but half way through the WARMUP, my knees starting hurting very badly and i had to stop. Are there any ways to get rid of this knee pain all together? Please anything will help. Thanks in Advance!
