Question about the diet guide.
Starting the ultimate reset this tuesday. I'm a college student who doesn't have too much money to play around with and writing down this list of food I have to buy is stressing me out. So basically here is my question about week one. Day one has its 3 meals. Does it make a difference if I eat the meals from day 1 on days 2-7 or is very important follow each day?

The main reason i'm asking is because when I did the P90X diet, it had more variety to prevent boredom and I was curious if that was the case here.

Responses ASAP would be appreciated!

It's not ideal, but it'll work. The problem with eating the same things over and over is that you create micronutrient deficiencies. Day one is great, but odds are, it doesn't hit all the vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients you need. A varied diet, on the other hand, helps assure you get everything.

Also, since we're being picky, eating the same thing over and over can lead to allergies and intolerances.

But this is just for a week - and then again for two more weeks. Personally, I'd never do it, but you'll probably be okay.
