I just started the ten minute trainer. I did 8 minutes of the ten minute cardio. I'm not feeling very motivated. Just out of shape and slightly depressed. I need to lose about 60 pounds. I need a coach and buddies for support, accountability and sometimes a kick in the pants.
Fitzinva, Welcome to Beachbody, for me to succeed in a workout I needed to do a few things. I needed to be ready for a change, I wrote down why I wanted to lose weight, what makes me unhappy about being out of shape, and what would change in my life when I got into shape?
Then I realize that you have to be in the right mind set, when I answer the previous questions honestly I got into the right mind set to move forward, I decided and committed.
Set a goal how much weight do want to lose make it realistic, like 1 pound a week, then keep track with a card weigh yourself once a week.
Are you tired of the yo-yo diet? You lose weight and then it comes back.. If you decide you want a change make that decision.
Set realistic goals, try to improve a little bit more each day try to get one more rep setting little goals don't try to be like the trainer on the video, set little goals.
Also get on a good nutrition plan, I myself am on myfitnesspal.com i think it's the best program out there to track your nutrition.
