Hi, I was just wondering what your opinions were. I am on week 2 of insanity and decided that I want my family to get involved with this too. Would it be a bad idea to redo month one once I finish the recovery week instead of moving onto month 2? Then when my family has caught up we can all continue together onto month 2?
I feel like working out is working out and it won't make a difference if I hold out on another month to do month 2... maybe I am wrong
What do you guys think?

First off, I want to say congratulations on starting Insanity!! That is an awesome routine you picked and will definitely help get you where you want to be. How are you liking it so far?
I also love the idea of bringing family into the mix! Go you! I don't see it as a bad idea of redoing Month 1. Since you have family that is wanting to join, it will be a breath of fresh air for not only them but you as well. It could actually give you a big kick start to Dig Deeper than you ever have before! I think Coach Jeff's idea of starting a challenge group is a great one. Accountability and motivation will be taken to the next level!

insanitynewb. Though I hear "newb" a lot being a gamer, I haven't seen it spelled that way in years. I actually see it spelled "n00b" "noob" "nub" "boob" and "food" haha. I swear, gamers are a different breed entirely lmao!
