I'm Brittany, and I use to do P90X and had to stop June 3, 2012 due to seizures that we thought was somehow conntected to my ability to over workout =\. I'm obessed with getting my body toned down and in shape. And I'm wondering if the TMT will help since Fed. 24. 2013 will b my 6 months period of no seizure and I'll be able to move in with my fiance. And when I do, I wanna have that sexy body that im not afriad or ashamed of when I walk around in my pj shorts. When I started Orginally I was 210 and freshmen in highschool. It is my second year of college and i weigh 132 and my goal is 120. So with TMT help me?

Hi Brittany,

That's actually a good question Although the workout is only 10 minutes, it's 10 min of High-Intensity training. So, if you seizures are not from getting your heart rate up to 80-90% max, but instead due to more aerobic activity ( 60 min plus) then you should be ok. All you can do is try and see. Best of luck to you on achieving those goals!

We actually did find out that my seizures were genetic and weren't caused by anything and just happened to come in the middle of that time frame when I was doing a high workout routine and with my eatting habit so they blamed that. But it is actually genetic. my concern is that it won't do the same thing as p90x or i wont get the same i guess u can call it... 'end of workout exhuastion' type ordeal were you just feel like 'ya I just did that' But I did do my first to today which was Abs and i think it may work and im excited I think this can work and I can stick with it even longer than a month and be happy with it for along time

Hi Brittnay. So I have epilepsy myself and I just started turbofire and will be including 10 minute trainer. My seizures are hereditary also. Email if you have any questions
