I'm like 2 weeks in to the 20 min cardio dvd for turbo jam plus weights Worked out both days this week so far, doing a patrolling shift tonight 6pm to 6am so prob about 3 qrs of that walking then insanity will be delevered tomorrow question is should I take a day off or wait till monday to start and finish up the week with just turbo or do you think I should at least do fitness test.
I think you can do the fit test. It will be enough of a workout!
