Your "time off"?
Your "time off"?

Just wanted to see what other people do in between programs. How long you take and what kind of work you do.

I personally do 2 weeks, I'll do a week of recovery workouts. Core Cardio and Balance, Core Syn, stuff like that the fist week. Then I'll do Yoga 3 times with 4 off days for stretching/foam rolling the second week. Then back into whatever I'm doing next! Seems to work pretty well for me, what do you guys do?

Generally the same thing, although I tend to gravitate away from organized workouts during off-time, and instead do mostly un-targeted training (outdoor sports, lots of walking, etc.).

I find that it promotes better mental and physical recovery for me, and I always return to find myself stronger than when I left.

I haven't been able to convince myself to just totally walk away from the workouts yet. haha. Aside from when I schedule to go at it, I don't have that many opportunities to really be overly active. One of these times when I break for two weeks I suppose I should try it, just to see how it goes.
