Hey Jerren,

You'll find a ton of people here that are willing to help. The great thing is that you can choose your coach.

What program are you doing now? How have your results been so far?

Both guys above are right, you'll get a lot of responses and there are a lot of good coaches here. Ask questions, check out their response time and how their style fits you. Check out their threads or FB pages and see if you think you it in with them. Good luck, you can definitely find a great coach here and lots of support.

The most important thing you need to remember in finding a coach is to look for someone that you think you'll connect well with. There are a million coaches out there, but not everyone is going to be for you. Read profiles, ask questions.

Best of luck and let me know if I can help!

Thanks for all the replys! I am currently doing p90x. I am on month 2 week 1 day 3. I started out at 265 and now i am at 236. So the program is definetly working. My main goal is to be fit, muscular, and healthy. I have never been skinny in my life and the nutrition part of it is what im having a hard time with. Im gonna have to go through a few profiles and see who i could connect with and help me reach my goals.

Hi there.... You sounded just like my boyfriend. He said the same ...he has never been skinny in his life.....now he says he has not been this size since he was about 12 years old. In the past before I knew him he said he weighed 300lbs. All he ate was junk food. When I met him he weighed about 240. Being around my , eating healthier, and doing p90x with me ...he now weighs 200 and had to buy all new clothes. He says he feels toooo skinny now lol... but he looks absolutely great. So you can do it to even if you have never been "skinny" in your life.

On the other note...in regards to a coach. When I signed up here , I had a coach assigned to me and I never heard boo from her in 2 months. I chose another coach and hear from her everyday , at least on facebook. I just became a coach and I have the time for it. Its not a second job for me. I stay home and homeschool my 14 year old and , besides that, coaching is my priority.
