I and many others ended up adding 300-500 calories in the Bulk Phase just to keep from LOSING weight. Don't worry about the fat...it comes off in the Beast Phase when you go on a slight deficit in calories at a higher protein diet. At your current rate you will finish Body Beast with less muscle mass and weight than you started so yes eat more!
I put on 13 pounds from beginning to Bulk, and going from 4000 calories per day to 2400 per day and then on the competition plan had me losing almost 3 pounds per week in the Beast Phase. It comes off quick man...almost too quick...lost some muscle along the way too. But overall I finished 12 lbs up on Lean Body Mass. Body fat dropped from 15% to 11% and my total weight went up 5 lbs. But my arms grew over an inch!
What is your goal? 10 lbs more lean body mass?
