The soreness may be an indication that you need to shift your protien/carb/fat ratio, for phase one it should be around 40/40/20. Plus with the soreness comes slowed weight loss and even weight gain check out this article by Chalene Johnson, it lines right up with where you are in the program.
These are the two places I would start. Just keep doing what you are doing and you should be fine. When I was losing my weight I would have times where I would stall or go up a little in a week and it was hard to see but I just stuck with it.

Cool thanks. Im eating about 200 grams of protein, 180ish carbs and 50ish fats give or take a few on any given day. Figured thats where i should be. Most of the time im just a bit below the 2400 calorie mark. Ill just stick to it and quit worrying about it.
