It sounds like you have a great meal plan; however, do you know if you are hitting around the calorie mark outlined in the nutrition book? You want to be really close to the caloric goal to make sure you don't eat too much or too little. If you eat too little your body will hold onto fat. I had to make sure I was eating enough, and I added in harder cardio workouts and saw better results with ChaLEAN. Right now I am in my 4th round and I am mixing it with TurboFire. I am to my goal weight using those 2 programs and Shakeology. If you need help calculating your calories just let me know

How close are you to your goal weight? Is this your first workout program?
Your diet is 80% of your results so your focus on it is GREAT, but also...are you lifting heavy enough? You want the last 2 reps to feel nearly impossible. If you don't have really heavy weights yet, you can slow the reps down like you do when you get "extreme" to make it a little harder as well.
