NEW TO CHALEAN--QUESITON ABOUT MEALS
Hi Everyone! I am new the CHX, I started about 3 weeks ago, I haven’t been following the fat burning guide that came with the challenge pack, I wonder if this is why I am feeling like I am not getting the results I want. I eat clean currently--I will do a Shakeology for breakfast, yogurt or apple and almonds for snack, salad with veggies and a protein for lunch with EVOO and Vinegar. veggies and hummus for a afternoon snack, and dinner is protein and veggies. I do not eat dairy...Should I follow the fat burning guide to see if that helps? I just don’t have time to make eggs for breakfast, and grilled shrimp for lunch! Thanks for the tips!

I have completed a round of Chalean Extreme and I noticed a difference in my muscles in a matter of a month. Each phase will change your body. Since you're in the third week, I would try adding more protein into your diet. Do you know how many grams you are eating right now? Shakeology is good to do for breakfast, yogurt is also good, I recommend Chobani because that has a lot of protein about 14g. If you don't have time to cook shrimp, this is what I usually do. I buy frozen shrimp from target, sit it in water to thaw it out, then in about 30 mins-45mins it's ready to eat. I also recommend boca burgers or target frozen chicken, they are packed full of protein as well. Try mixing some peanut butter with your apples. I personally didn't follow the meal guide for CLX because I also didn't have enough time to prepare meals but do what works for you. If you want to see more results, try upping your weights and protein. Just stick with it! You're doing great!

Hey! I love ChaLEAN. Burn is my favorite! emoticon It sounds like you have a great meal plan; however, do you know if you are hitting around the calorie mark outlined in the nutrition book? You want to be really close to the caloric goal to make sure you don't eat too much or too little. If you eat too little your body will hold onto fat. I had to make sure I was eating enough, and I added in harder cardio workouts and saw better results with ChaLEAN. Right now I am in my 4th round and I am mixing it with TurboFire. I am to my goal weight using those 2 programs and Shakeology. If you need help calculating your calories just let me know emoticon It's an easy 5-steps if you need it. emoticon How close are you to your goal weight? Is this your first workout program?

Your diet is 80% of your results so your focus on it is GREAT, but also...are you lifting heavy enough? You want the last 2 reps to feel nearly impossible. If you don't have really heavy weights yet, you can slow the reps down like you do when you get "extreme" to make it a little harder as well.

Hi SoreyFitness-

I would like some help on how to caculate this! I use MyFitnessPal app, and I also have Loseit. I still have about 10lbs to loose, I want to be 10lbs lighter from when i got pregnant.

I have always done the pilates reformer, gone to the gym, and walk/jog with my daughter in the stroller, but I never felt like i got the results i was looking for so this is why i wanted to start the ChaLean extreme program! I am absolutely loving it!!
