Meet Marisa W.! She participated in The Beachbody Challenge and won the $500 Daily Prize for December 7th!

"It wasn’t the jiggly thighs or the yoga pants I started wearing when I couldn’t fit into my jeans. No, I knew I hit rock bottom when I was asked to “tag” the people in the photo I uploaded to Facebook and realized that those people were my face and protruding stomach!

That was it. As a military wife and mother of four, it was time to start taking care of myself. A friend was doing TurboFire, so I submitted my order. After 90 days, I felt great…and looked great. I was hooked. My butt and legs needed work, so I did Brazil Butt Lift. My thunder thighs and muffin top disappeared.

After that, I wanted to tone my upper body, so I did LES MILLS PUMP. Before I’m done, I’m going to do every Beachbody program. And here’s why: I’ve lost 39 pounds and over 26 inches. My thighs are tight. My post-baby pooch is gone. I have more confidence and energy than ever.

And thanks to my Challenge Groups and Facebook friends I’ve made, I have a community of friends who respect me and inspire me. Now that my husband has been posted to Ohio, I’m not alone. I have Beachbody…and a whole new me."

Meet Dave S.! He participated in The Beachbody Challenge and won the $500 Daily Prize for December 8th!

I had always been in reasonable shape, but as I got older, old, unhealthy habits slowly creeped back into my life. I stopped working out. And when I realized that I had no energy, was gaining weight, and just didn’t seem myself, I knew I was headed for disaster.

So I fought back. I decided to accept the Beachbody Challenge and take control. It was time to become a happier, healthier person. But I hate taking the easy way, so I challenged myself to enter the Asylum with Shaun T.

But I didn’t just want to get fit in 30 days, I wanted to go beyond any level of fitness I had experienced before. I WANTED TO REACH PEAK ATHLETIC ABILITY!

In the beginning, my goal was just to keep up. That meant digging deep. It meant leaning on my Team Beachbody Coach for support and the occasional “kick in the butt.” And it meant fueling up with Shakeology.

Guess what? It worked. In just 30 days, I achieved remarkable levels of endurance, strength, agility and energy. What surprised me most was the huge improvement in my long jump. Now I know I can take on any challenge and reach my goals! Thanks Shaun T. And thanks Beachbody!

Meet Lisa P.! She participated in The Beachbody Challenge and won the $500 Daily Prize for December 9th!

I went on my first diet at seven years old. And every ten years, I’d “wake up” and realize that I had gained back all the weight I worked so hard to lose. Then the cycle would repeat. At 39, I was 5’ 5”, wore a size 20, and tipped the scale at 200 pounds. Even though I was NOT comfortable in my own skin, I was simply used to it.

It wasn’t until I went away for a Girls Weekend with a friend and saw a picture of myself (which is something I’d always avoid) that I finally realized I had to change. And not just for now—but forever. I needed a plan that had nothing to do with yo-yo dieting. I needed something that was proven successful. I needed help. Major help! And that’s when I turned to Slim in 6 and Shakeology.

Slim in 6’s cardio, body sculpting, and light resistance training gave me an all-over workout on a level my body could handle. Shakeology was great because it helped reduce my cravings while increasing my energy. On the days I’d skip Shakeology, I felt horrible. So I don’t make that mistake anymore.

But beyond the workouts and the shakes, the one thing that was key to my transformation was my Beachbody Coach—John Schneider. Yep, known to the rest of the world as Bo Duke. John supported me, believed in me (even when I stopped believing in myself), and kept me focused on my goals. And even though I’m dealing with Rheumatoid Arthritis and sometimes have to modify my workouts due to pain, John, and the rest of team “Ripped Duke” constantly cheer me on. There’s no way you can fail with that kind of support.

Now I’m down to 129 lbs., a lovely size 6, and am happier than I’ve ever been. Thanks Beachbody—you truly changed my life.
