yes, the title sums it all up but the exact part i'm having trouble with is with the meals. i figured out my calorie intake but the meals dont say exactly how much calories each contain, except the protein bars which i think add up to 200 grams of calories each. so does this mean that the other meals contain 200 grams of calories each? i am really confused here.

Good question. Some of these meal plans can be confusing. Figure out how many cals you need to have per day. You should probably be between 2200-2400. Dive that number by 5 or 6. This is the number of times per day you should be eating. This will give you your calories per meal. You can use programs like myfitnesspal.com to help you calculate the calories in each food.
