Hello, I'm Coach Beardemphl, to Say my last name....its like beer you drink & dimple when you smile ( beerdimple )...lol. Or you can call me Carlie. I am here to help you with your fitness journey. It is a journey we will take together, because I will be working out everyday with you. I will be doing, BODYBEAST & have completed many beachbody programs, but no matter your program were all here for the same reason. To get fit. To get healthier. To be everything we imagine of ourselves. I've learned a lot on my journey, and I am here to share it with you and guide you throughout your journey.

Now we have all made the commitment, payed for the programs. So lets get our moneys worth. I can promise you that if you stick with it you will not only make your money back in results but you'll find a new you when you look in the mirror.

WHO IS THAT NEW PERSON !!! ITS A NEW & FIT HEALTH YOU !!!

NUTRITION: Its highly recommended that we all take at least a multi-vitamin. most of us are not eating the correct portions of food or the food that we eat doesn’t have nutrient dense requirements needed. Food on the other hand is the best way to get our supplements but this is very hard and especially when you are first starting out. Each Beachbody program comes with a diet guide, read it and ask questions please!!!

SHAKEOLOGY: Is a great way to meet many of your nutritional needs! As a meal or a snack it fuels your body with everything it needs in order to BRING IT everyday!

WATER : Make sure you are staying hydrated!!! When you think you've had enough remember... There are people that say we don't need any more than 64oz. of water and while that might be true for someone that doesn't work out, we are not those people. So drink up. If you don't care for water or just want to add some flavor...try adding a slice of lemon, orange & even cucumber to it yummy & it doesn’t add to many calories like other sports drinks do.

SLEEP: Sleep is key for weight loss & Most people have too many things going in their life and sleep is the first thing to take a hit. If you think about our bodies as machines then Exercise is the engine running, Food and Nutrients are the fuel, water is the coolant and sleep is the repair and maintenance. If you don't repair the machine it will break down, so get your sleep & a cat nap if you can too...purrfect...LOL

GOALS: This means it is time to pull out the tape measure and the camera. Lots of people focus on the scale for their one and only measurement. I do have to admit Its hard for even me to leave the scale alone. But, accept the fact that this is the worst measurement to go by. Body Fat and inches will tell you success. Thats wear I saw my success at first & I am glad I pulled out my measuring tape because the scale didn't move much for 2 weeks but 2.5 inches did on my waist among other areas too.

MOTIVATION: Nothing is more important than motivation. Times will get tough and there are going to be days that you feel like you cannot get up or you feel too tired at night to workout. This is where your Coach and this thread helps out. By joining this thread you will find like minded people that will push you and look for help from you to be pushed. You are doing either a 63 or 90 day program and it helps to have not just your Coach in your corner but a whole team ready to cheer you on and waiting for you to cheer them on.

WARNING: The first few weeks are rough, but after you make it through them things get much better.Too many people give up during the first few weeks because they think it is to tough. Everyone that has done any of these programs has had moments of doubt.

I Just started BodyBeast myself & would love to do Combat one day. So many great programs to choose from....lol
Now if I could just workout full time I would be through them all in no time emoticon

accountability day 2 TF inferno, fire 45; hit 20; stretch 10. done! doing ok. about 4 this AM I woke up with queasy stomach, nothing came up, (don't think there was any thing left) so caught up with bookwork, took it easy this morning. feeling better so took on Charlene, surprising I did just fine, maybe didn't push as hard as some days, I am satisfied for as punk as I was earlier! the 45 will get harder, and the HIT 20 didn't seem as intense as insanity. not as hungry today, go figure!

I am doing TF, decided to do the 5 day inferno plan to kick start the program, I will continue to add my weight training from Chalean extreme on some days.

Workout today was BUILD LEGS & oh my I feel it in my legs alright. I lifted more than I thought I could. But the Bulgaria squats was quiet a challenge

Woke up at 3:45 drank my E&E BodyBeast Build back & bis & a quick 5min run.
I would of ran longer but i need to figure out how my distance works on this treadmill...lol plus I got to drop my husband off at work.
Busy day for me with my 3 girls they all 3 have a doc appt's
I need to remember to make my R&R ( results & recovery ) ahead of time I start getting dizzy half way through the work out. I know my body is going to have to get used to waking up early & jumping right into a workout! But like SAGI THE BEAST say's WHAT EVER IT TAKES!

I'm in! I'm new to Beachbody. Just started Day 3 of P90X. I'm sore but I keep moving forward.

I am in my late 40s, 4 kids, a great husband and am retired. I used to be very athletic (triathlons), but I went through some major trauma in August 2011 which caused me to stop everything. I am now determined to bring it all back. A friend recommended P90X. I have ordered the Shakeology and protein bars, and I love the Recovery drink (orange). The workouts are impossible but I keep doing what I can do knowing I will get better and better. I have a hate/love relationship with Tony Horton already and his crazy Superman Banana.

I'm not good with eating plans at all. I just can't keep track. I love juicing, though, and plan on doing lots of juicing with the Shakeology and protein bars.

I am looking forward to the support of this group! Thanks, Carlie!

Great to see you here Jane.
Oh you will be sore but if you drink your R&R daily for your post workout drink it helps cut down the soreness big time. I also use it & love it! I tried the first month of Insanity with out it.... lets just say Im glad I had it the second month emoticon
Looks like you have a wonderful family to back you up plus time to invest in you. Im so glad to hear your doing better now & ready to get back at it. I just recently took up running about 6 months ago & I feel in love. Don't worry I thought it was impossible at first too, but your have the right idea do what you can & push play everyday. before you know it you'll be flying through the workouts. I think fitness can be a love hate relationship I know for me I love the results but hate spending the time. So I committed this time to get up extra early to get it done before I even start the day. Im glad you shook off what ever it was...lol nothings going to hold you back emoticon

Im going to make my R&R ahead of my workout so i can start it about half way through the workout. Lifting heavy & the early am workouts will get better...I just got to retrain my body for the beastly body beast workouts.
