DECEMBER ONE MONTH CHALLENGE 2012
THE RULES:

Okay Ladies and Gents:



If you are going to join this challenge you need to make sure that you join by December 5, 2012. And you need to make sure to post regularly!! MAKE SURE TO POST REGULARLY!!

Weigh and measure on or before the first. Also, take your before pictures. You DON'T have to post them here, but I want you to use them as your own PERSONAL motivation!!

Measure: the largest parts of the following areas. And make sure to measure in the same place each time!!

Chest:
Waist:
Hips:
Butt:
Thighs:upper and lower
Calves:
Upper arm:

To figure out whom the "Biggest Loser" is: We are going to ADD the total number of days worked out from December 1st to December 31st, the number of pounds lost, the number of inches lost and a point for each day that you eat perfect!!. And you get to ADD a point for each day you drink at least 64 ounces of water!! AND ADD A POINT FOR EACH DAY YOU DON'T EAT THREE HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME!! AND YOU GET A POINT FOR EACH DAY YOU POST ON THE CHALLENGE!

So, each day you have a chance to get a 5 point day:

1.workout
2.water
3.eats
4.3 hour rule
5.posting...Easy point for the day!

If you gain inches or pounds you need to subtract those from your total.

So get a calendar and keep track of your points for each day so you'll be able to add them up easily at the end of the month!!

I don't know about you, but man...I'm not sure how it already got to be November 30th. I swear, every month this year has just snuck up on me. And tomorrow...BAM!...December 1st.

I find this time of year the hardest time to keep on track with healthy. Everyone seems to be pushing sugary this and sugary that and home made this and home made that with 5 hundred thousand calories attached to each little bite that I try to avoid putting in my mouth.

Well this year. I'm not having it. I have been practicing my best "no thank you" in the mirror with the nicest of smiles. As I remind myself that no matter how good it might taste...it looks better where it sits rather than being stuck to my hip, butt and thighs. After all, nothing tastes as good as thin feels!

There are power in numbers so I need as many people as possible to come and join my challenge!! It doesn't matter if you are a coach like me, a Newbie or a Seasoned Veteran. Everyone is welcome. It's about support not about how much money I might make off of you if you buy some thing from me.

So with that said...I'll see you over on the challenge. Just pop in say you are IN IT TO WIN IT and tell us a little bit about yourself. Be sure to subscribe to the thread so you can find it easily each day to get your "easiest" point of the day.

Well, it's too late to come join in on the challenge, but it's NOT too late to come and join in and get the motivation you need to stay on track with your fitness and your health!
