Hello! I started Insanity yesterday and was wondering what I could eat after my workout INSTEAD of drinking Shakeology. The reason I say that is because I cannot afford it

so I need a healthy alternative. I'm 19 years old, 5'3 and weigh 138 lbs. Could Insanity really help me reach my goal weight of 125 lbs. in two months? I'm being patient, but I'm just wondering if it's possible. Do I NEED Shakeology to reach my goal weight in two months? I've been eating healthy and trying to stay under 1500 calories a day. Also, how many calories on average does Insanity help you burn?
I just really need encouragement. I'm getting a bit discouraged by reading that some people haven't seen big results... Please help! Thank you!
