One of the best ways Is to budget how much you can spend & see what the sales are to be able to save more. Plan your meals & shopping ahead. So that way you're not just grabbing what you want & unnecessary items. I personal use the meal planner on beach body. its a great way to track calories & budget. But you will save more if you plan. Plus 5 meals don't have to be a lot depending on your calorie intake????
