Healthy on a budget??? (Starting Turbo Fire soon)
So, my job doesn't really pay that much and, I'm saving to go to Haiti next Summer (that's not the reason I want to get fit) but, how can I afford to eat five to six meals a day? Anyone else in this situation? Also, I'm starting Turbo Fire once I get it in the mail.

One of the best ways Is to budget how much you can spend & see what the sales are to be able to save more. Plan your meals & shopping ahead. So that way you're not just grabbing what you want & unnecessary items. I personal use the meal planner on beach body. its a great way to track calories & budget. But you will save more if you plan. Plus 5 meals don't have to be a lot depending on your calorie intake????
I hope this helps. let me know if I can answer anymore questions for you.

Some easy go to items are yogurt, eggs, cheese, fruit/veggies (grab what's on sale), and any meats that are on sale. Cook a bunch of stuff at once so that you'll have it. Beans are an inexpensive, solid form of protein. If you like chili, you can make that up. It's dense and filling.

Did you have Turbofire questions? I've done it.

Let me know if I can help.
