i have 2 questions. first what do you propose to me p90x, p90x2 or p90x+? second is good after training do another training like running or some extra pull ups push ups, for example i will do p90x training in the morning and at night i will run or do some exercise, or jump my rope is that good? emoticon

and can i get amazing results if don't take supplements? emoticon

I think before I could provide the appropriate answer about which program to use, I would have one question for you. what is your current fitness level?

As for the 2nd question, P90X does include a doubles routine but you want to be sure you're in really good shape before starting any doubles program.

Agree with mb, what is your current level and do you have the time and stamina for doubles. Typically I would vote for P90X if you haven't done any of them, but what are you're goals?

i goes on muay thai for one year and i stoped before one week i cant go anymore beacause it take me too much time, but this is perfect to me just 1 hour in day..

i was doing push ups pull ups swuats runnig every second day, man i'm in better shape then ever, so if you can answer on this question answer me i wanna start for three days so i need this answers quickly!!!

Do you have all three programs? what is your goal? I would start with P90x of these 3 programs.

I'd recommend the P90X Classic routine. It sounds as if you'd do P90X in the morning and then want to do an additional workout in the evening. I'd recommend doing P90X only and following the program as it is designed for at least a couple of weeks. If you feel that you can handle more, then I'd add in some running, walking, or the Cardio X DVD in the evening. I'd avoid doing more push ups, pull ups, or squats. You'll get plenty of work with them just following the classic routine.

yes i have that 3 programs hah, my goals is to have good 6-pack beacuse i have 4-pack and i saw everbody have bigger arms, and i want that to.
