Jane25:
My assigned coach hasn't been in touch, and I have messaged her.....it looks like she hasn't been on the site since the spring. How do I find a new coach?
I am a female, late 40s, need to lose 40-50 pounds, athletic (but haven't done much in the past year since a trauma), on day 3 of P90X, and need encouragement, support and guidance. Thanks.
Jane: Returning from a busy weekend, and read your message with great interest, (Apologize for the delay but for our family it was doing"Thanksgiving" a week later due to step family scheduling...etc....)
You've come to the right place to find workout Buddies to encourage you and you've chosen a fantastic program, how long have you had it?
Your Team Beachbody® Coach is someone who will help you reach your health and fitness goals and be there to answer any questions you have about programs, nutritional supplements, and Shakeology®. A Coach can also help you schedule workouts in the WOWY SuperGym®, assist you in developing a healthy Meal Plan, and be there to support you on your journey. Essentially, they should be there for you every step of the way. They can help you be enrolled in the contests for cash, etc.... Another good reason to have a Coach you connect with!
Once you get fit and see how well this system works for you, you may even want to become a Coach yourself! A good Coach also helps you get started with the Team Beachbody Coach Business Opportunity and build your own coaching practice.
It's simple to get a new Coach, you send an email to CoachRelations@Beachbody.com instructing them that you want to have a new coach assigned to your account. Tell them the Coach's number.
(My number is #29857, "Deborah Tudor"). I am available if you want me! And it is FREE to you. (Coach's are assigned at no cost to you.)
Even if you are in a Challenge Group with another Coach, you can still choose someone else to be your personal coach for the long haul!
Best Luck all the way around,
~Debbie
