Parenting and managing healthy living
I am always struggling and trying a way to find time. How do you all manage? What system to you have to help you make things easier? Is your husband/wife helpful when it comes to chores?

I can't believe that it has been so long since you posted this and have not gotten a reply. I hope that someone found it somewhere else or you coach helped you out. If it is not too late I can tell you some things we do. We are all in in together, my daughter is only 3 but she loves to be in the room when we workout and jumps around and tries to do the moves along with us. When my wife and I have pretty full days we will get a a little earlier and get the workouts in so that we don't miss them or don't have the energy to do them at the end of the day. We also make meals a family thing, we let our daughter help out when we cook and we get a lot of meals from the meal planner here, skinny ms, and skinny taste. We all know that if the whole family isn't eating what they like it is harder to eat healthy. All of these sources give healthy meals that we love. Also, finding a program or workout that fits your schedule is huge, if you don't have a lot of time then something like P90X may not be for you and you might need to look at power half hour or something with shorter workouts. Hope the info helps, I followed these and lost 125 lbs since deciding to get fit, you can see my before and after pictures on my profile.

I've got two children under 4 and it certainly creates challenges. The best time I have found for working out is after we have the kids in bed and dishes and chores are done for the night. My wife and I do a pretty good job of splitting up the household tasks. My workouts start anywhere between 8 and 11 PM at night.

The key for me is to MAKE myself do the workout and to MAKE the time for it; even when I don't feel like it. Planning ahead and having a routine that works with your schedule will help tremendously.
