test went okay I actually beat them on power knees but that area I'm really strong from all past taebo classes. othneed to really work on.

Hello debra. I am doing great i strived through insanity on cardio power and resistance it was intense. But i read something that helped me. It said something like "the best way to keep yourself motivated for the workouts is to look forward to them, dont regret it and be like dang i have to work out. Just be happy about it and you will succeed". So i pushed myself until i was almost falling every break but i know i gave it, my al

That's the spirit Kevin. I'm on week one of month two of insanity. and the workouts are just as hard and a little longer but i'm proud of myself for getting through the workout. At the end of month 1 my legs felt a lot stronger and more tone. I had a lot of trouble with power ju mps (i'm really bad at it) but now I can do most of it.. sometimes all of it! it feels good. Keep up the great work guys =o)
