Insanity - last week on Month 2
This is my last week of Month 2 of Insanity, I have lost over 10 pounds and 4 inches in waist but I felt I haven't achieved my goal yet.
So to restart insanity, should I redo month 1 again or bypass Month 1 and start Month 2 next week.
What should I do?

I'm not a coach but just starting my third round of Insanity. Between rounds I've done a full week of CCB and then hit it back up at the start of Month 1. You will be amazed at how harder you will be able to push, but believe me, it will NOT be easy. I've found that it was nice to go back to Month 1 to mix it up and also concentrate more on form. Nice work to be nearing the end! Good luck!

I personally think if you're going to do Insanity again you should start over at month 1. I know they're easier than month 2, but this time through you will be in better shape and you can push yourself harder through those workouts. Plus it's good for your body to change up your specific workouts. If you do the same thing for too long you won't see the results come as fast. Congrats on your success so far!

So true with what has been said in both posts. I personal started it right over & the strength I gained amazed me. Im sure you will notice A major change In your form & stamina. You got some great Motivation to start right over again.....YOU GO GIRL!
